Have a special event coming up soon? Thinking you need a smokey, delicious barbeque meal for your guests? We would be happy to oblige. Our Catering Services are very popular and we typically schedule a month at least in advance. So even if you think you may need us, call us today!

We service all types of catering customers from weddings, special event parties, outdoor picnics and more formal country style dinners. Whether you are serving 10 or 50 or 100, we can help. We will deliver, set up and serve your guests - we even provide a Pit Master that will demonstrate the magic of brisket carving, if you would like.

Beef Brisket

Certified Angus Beef brisket slow-smoked and hand carved to order. We are famous for this meat - it's juicy and smooth flavor. Have your fatty or lean, or a bit of both. Either way it is delicious.

Our special pork roast, slow-smoked until it's fork-tender and hand shredded. Great for making sliders, on a boat or over fries!

Sausage

Option 1 - All beef, coarsely ground in a natural pork casing, and seasoned with cracked black pepper. Option 2 - Our Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage is a blend of coarse-ground premium pork and beef in a natural pork casing. Made with real cheddar cheese and fresh jalapeños.

"Full Service" Catering

“Full Service” Catering is a more complete package, you choose the Meats, Sides and we provide all the fixins’ including bread/buns, sauce, pickles/onions/jalapeños, plates, utensils, napkins and serving utensils. We arrive approximately one to two hours prior to your scheduled serving time and set up your tables buffet style. We then assist your guests as needed then pack up the leftovers before departing. All containers are disposable for easy clean-up.

Meat Choices: Pulled Pork – Chicken – Beef Brisket – Pork Ribs – Sausage – Jackfruit

We make all of our meats fresh daily, smoked right here in the store. Chicken is covered in sauce, brisket has a salt and pepper rub and is cooked to perfection, slowly. Pulled pork is available daily, pork candy on Saturdays only! Ask about our other meat specials!
